Henry was on my heart today and I just wanted to express how much I truly respected this man who for all of our human failings - which we all share - was a kind and generous man. He was always someone I admired for his talents and his wisdom. It was truly moving to me when I was at St John's retreat center and saw the plaque dedicated to Henry. It really shows how much he was willing to share his talents and himself. I think of Henry often and still miss our conversations. Rest well my friend

Christine I just heard of Henry's passing. I'm sorry I missed his visitation. He was a wonderful guy and will be missed by many. His contributions to the church, retreat functions and to the Carrick community will greatly be missed. May God Bless you and know that you have family and friends to go to in your time of need. That is a great picture of Henry.

Dear Chris & Lori,
Our deepest sympathy to you and your family on the passing of Henry. I don't know that you would remember me but Henry and I attended DU School of Music together and we had visited you many years ago when Henry first opened his music store. Henry was a fine musician and a wonderful man. We are so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Lori and family, So shocked and sorry to read of your Dad's passing. He was a valued fixture in his Carrick community and, more importantly, the bedrock of your family. To lose him so early and quickly is tragic. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy, and prayers that leaning on many fond memories of the great times you shared will help get you through this difficult period. Sending all our love,

I had the privilege of taking music lessons with Henry and soon after he gave me my 1st job at Caruso's Music Store. He was a great teacher, businessman and mentor. Mary Ann and I remember our "steak bucks" cook' outs earned during the sales promotions.
We are very sorry to hear of Henry's passing. Our deepest sympathies our with the family at this difficult time.

Dear Chris and Lori,

I had the privilege of working with Henry when I was the Director of Pastoral Music at Saint Mary of the Mount many years ago. Henry was the consumate professional, always praying the Liturgy through the extraordinary gift of music.

May you find peace in knowing that Henry is now resting in the loving and eternal embrace of God, our heavenly Father and all is indeed well. Our prayers and sympathy are with you during this time of great loss.

Sincerely,
David A. Leo

My deepest sympathy to Christine and Lori and the Caruso family. I will miss hearing Henry's music and talking with him at St Paul of the Cross Retreat Center. I am sure he is playing lovely music for Jesus and most probably his Mom & Dad.

I first met Henry and Chris at the music store when I rented an electric guitar for my son. We then were blessed with his musical and spiritual presence on retreats. May God Bless You.

I will truly miss this amazing man. His music is where I found so much comfort and help me when I needed it during the retreats. There will never be another Henry. God Bless his entire family, friends and all those who were touched by such a talented, spirit filled person. May the heavens sing a glorious song with Henry at the organ!
