Walter R. "Wally" Bitters
Age 88, on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, of Baldwin, formerly of Allentown. Son of the late Ray and Ellen (Gafney) Bitters. Brother of Edward (Helen) Bitters and the late Raymond (Bobbie) Bitters and Ellen Ernst. Visitations at the Boron Funeral Home, Inc., 1719 Brownsville Road on Sunday from 1 PM until his Blessing Service at 3 PM. Wally was in the 11th and 82nd Airborne and was an employee of Columbia Gas for 32 years. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1100 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15222. The family requests that everyone wear a face mask while in attendance.
