Age 74, suddenly on Sunday, May 14, 2023, of Carrick. Adopted Son of the late Carmella Scoglio. Son of the late Viola Siar. Brother of John and James Siar and the late Antoinette Scoglio and Sylvia Kiray. Uncle of Cindi Warren, Bobbi (D.C.) Warren, and Ryan (Ashley) Warren. Great Uncle of Ryan Jr. and Ryder Warren and Dessie and Marcus Buss. Also survived by numerous cousins. Visitations Thursday 3-8 PM at the Boron Funeral Home, Inc., 1719 Brownsville Road. Funeral Prayers on Friday at 9:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish at St. Albert the Great Church at 10:30 AM. Phil worked at Blessed Trinity Parish for years and he was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.
