Age 85, on Saturday, November 19, 2022. Beloved Husband of Velia M. (Sarcone) Cotter. Father of Lisa (Dan) DiVito. Grandfather of Marina (Greg) Nath and Alec. Great Grandfather of Gianna, Cora, Julianna, and Aria. Son of the late Leona Cotter and Grandson of the late John P. Cotter. All services are private. Jim graduated from the FBI Academy in 1972 and was a dedicated Pittsburgh Police Detective.
