Dorothy J. (Seibert) Williams

Of Arlington Heights, at the age of 94. passed away quietly on Sunday, August 2, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Williams, her daughter Dorothy Williams (Dottie), and her brothers William and Robert Seibert.  She is survived by daughters Roberta (William) Green and Kimm (Michael) Koocher, grandson Alex Green, and her nieces and nephew and their children.

Dorothy was a teacher of elementary students for many years, and loved taking classes at University of Pittsburgh, where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Education.  She was a world traveler and devoted her later years to volunteering at the Senior Center, Meals on Wheels, and South Side Hospital.  She bowled and played volleyball for many years, loved animals, and had many friends.  She was a very active member of Arlington Heights Presbyterian Church, and later Knoxville United Church.

Visitations Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 PM. at the Boron Funeral Home Inc. 1719 Brownsville Road where funeral services will take place on Friday at 12 Noon. Due to the COVID-19, Visitations and Services will be limited to 25 people, masks must be worn at all times and you must social distance yourself.
