Vickie L. Garbett, age 59, after a long battle with cancer on January 9, 2016 she passed peacefully surrounded by family. Beloved wife of Vaughn Garbett. Mother of Cindie Menges and Wendie King. Also survived by a granddaughter and grandson and several siblings and their spouses. Vickie retired from John J. Kane Regional Hospital in Allegheny County.
