Sharon Anne (Geiger) Ford, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at the age of 78.

She was the daughter of the late Martha J. (Irwin) Geiger Freund and the late Jacob G. Geiger and loving sister of the late Emilie (Geiger) Englert.

She was the beloved wife for over 28 years to the late David P. Ford.

Sharon graduated from Brentwood High School and many years later received a B.S. in business Management for Carlow University. &Sharon worked over 50 years as a secretary, administrative assistant and office manager beginning at Magee Womens Hospital and then at St. Clair Hospital. Since retiring, she enjoyed volunteer work. she had a deep affection for animals having many dogs over her lifetime, and most recently a cat.

Sharon is survived by many wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins and friends located in many states.

In keeping with Sharon's wishes there will be no visitation.

Interment will be at South Side Cemetery
