Regis W. Ruppert Â&Â

Age 87, peacefully on Monday, August 27, 2018. Loving husband of Janet (Amrhein Weiss) Ruppert. Stepfather of Dan (Kathy) Weiss, Eric (Amy) Weiss, Patti (Tony) Chioda, Marlene Peck, and the late Kevin Weiss. Brother of the late William Ruppert and Rosemary Shiring. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and many cherished nieces, nephews, and friends. Reg was a Korean War Veteran and retired from the US Postal Service after 39 years. He was a unique individual who loved learning, especially science and engineering. He was always curious about how things were made. He had a storehouse of knowledge, but also had a great sense of humor. His presence will be truly missed by many. Reg generously donated his body to medical science. There is no viewing and a memorial service will be private. Arrangements entrusted to Boron Funeral Home, Inc.
