As a devoted brother to Melissa, George, and Patrick Larkins, Phillip's bond with his siblings was unbreakable. His love and humor will be deeply missed by his nephews Tyler, Triston, Cameron, and Mason, as well as his great-nephew and great-niece Jaxon and Arya. His extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends will remember Phillip as a beacon of light who brought people together.
