Michael A. Traficante, age 90, passed quietly on Thursday, November 29, 2018.
He was a dedicated family man and a proud Pittsburgh Firefighter Local #1 and long standing member of the laborers Union Local #373.
Husband of the late Doris Traficante.
He is survived by his four children Michael (the late Sandy) Traficante, Andrea (Tony) Posset, Michele Traficante and Mara (Drew) Uplinger.
Loving grandfather of Christian and Michael Posset, Teri Fazio, Laura Howell, Katherine Slattery and Alex Uplinger.
Great grandfather of Lexi and Bella Posset, Michael, Adrianna and Gabriella Fazio, Devon and Dylan Throckmorton and Sienna and Kane Howell.
Family and friends received Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Readshaw Funeral Home, Inc. 1503 Brownsville Road, Carrick.
Funeral Prayer Monday, December 3, 2018 at 9:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Holy Apostle's Parish, St. Basil Church.
Entombment will be private.
