Age 103, on Friday, December 9, 2022, of Carrick, formerly of South Side. Loving wife of the late Ted Filipiak. Beloved Mother of Elizabeth Wood, Nancy, Michael (Pat) Filipiak, and the late Maryann Geiger. Sister of the late Irene, Helen, Pearl, and Francis. Also survived by many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren. Visitations Tuesday 2-7PM at the Boron Funeral Home, Inc. , 1719 Brownsville Road. Family asks that everyone please wear a mask.Funeral Prayers on Wednesday at 10 AM. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish at St. Basil Church at 10:30 AM.In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Family Hospice, 700 Bower Hill Road, Pittsburgh PA 15243.
