Lewis was a US Naval Security Group, Cryptologic Technician 3rd Class, a Police Officer with the Pittsburgh Police Department, Station No. 9, a member of Grand Lodge of Masons of PA., Past Commander of the American Legion/Pittsburgh Police Post 710.
