Lawrence Charles Drevitch

At the young age of 65, he went to be with the Lord.

Beloved son, brother, father, uncle, Downtown Pappie, and friend. He is survived by his parents, Al & Rosemary Drevitch, his sister Sherry Schrippa, his brother Charles (Theresa) Drevitch, and his 3 daughters Misti (Lorne) James, Cindi (Brad) Ebert, and Jacki (Randy) Lucas. Also survived by his 5 grandchildren, Logan, Faith, Lenina, Rusty, Baby Lucas and his many nieces and nephews. And proceeded in death by his brothers Mickey (Marta) Drevitch and John (Patricia) Drevitch.

Larry has been a jack of all trades most of his life and has had many unique nicknames including Wigs, Easy Money and OMD (Old Man Drev). One of his most important names has been daddy, but his favorite name was Downtown Pappie.

Though he loved watching and betting on his sports, his daughters and more importantly his grandchildren were the light of his life. There was nothing he enjoyed more then eating donuts and milk with his grandchildren.

Friends and family will be received at Boron Funeral Home Inc. 1719 Brownsville Road on Tuesday from 2-8 PM. Funeral Prayers on Wednesday at 10 AM, Mass of Christian Burial in St. Basil Church 10:30.

Memorial donations may be made in his honor to the National Stroke Association.
