Kenneth R.& Rising, age 81, on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 of Whitehall.

Beloved husband of Joan L. (Melnik) Rising.

Cherished father of Bonnie (William) Badstibner and the late Kenneth and Debra Rising.

Loving grandfather of Kenneth, Brenden and Michael Badstibner.

Brother in law of Denny and Linda Melnik, Sandy Widmer, Albert and Linda Kapela, Donald and DebraVissari, Jim and Karen Melnik and families.

Ken served 7 years for the Air National Guard, and he was a volunteer fireman for Jamestown, PA and Whitehall Boro. Ken loved sports, as well as being a coach for the Midget Football at BWYFA and Jamestown School. He loved hunting, fishing, golfing and bowling. He watched the Pittsburgh Penguins, Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Pirates. He loved to be sociable.

No visitations. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Readshaw Funeral Home, Inc. 1503 Brownsville Road, Carrick.
