With his family at his side on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, of Jefferson Hills. Beloved husband of the late Felipa E. (Argotti) Ruslen. He was born in Pittsburgh to the late Josephine M. (Samolovitch) and John J. Ruslen. Brother of the late Daniel L. Ruslen. He is survived by many cousins, especially Beatrice Gallagher of Pittsburgh and JoAnn Plickys of Ellington CT, and many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to my niece, Gina Enos for her kindness, support, and love. Brother-in-law of Frank Argotti, Guadalupe Zapata, Delores Argotti, and Ralph Argotti. John retired from the Pittsburgh School District as a counselor and as a colonel from the U.S.Army. Visitations Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the
