JoAnne (Heil) Carey&
Age 79, of Whitehall, PA peacefully passed away surrounded by family on Friday, December 15, 2023. She will be remembered dearly by her beloved husband of 57 years, Charles Carey, her children Glenn (Teresa) Carey and Cynthia (Richard) Stark, her grandchildren Richard (Brittany), Ashley, Amanda, Samantha, Angela, Abigale, Christina, and her great-granddaughter Sophie. She was predeceased by her son Douglas Carey, her parents Walter and Mildred Heil and her sister Carol (Regis) Conley. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be Tuesday 2-8 PM at the

1719 Brownsville Road. Funeral Prayers Wednesday at 9:15 AM. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Hope Parish at St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church on Wednesday at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tony's Tigers 5343 Tomfran Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
