James R. Whitehead, age 74, on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 of Baldwin Boro.

Son of the late Harry and Dorothy (Dryer) Whitehead, Sr.

Beloved brother of Harry (Pat) Whitehead, Jr. and Joyce (the late Ron) Malec.

Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Nephew of the late Jane Bingler and Erma Stanis.

Friends received Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Readshaw Funeral Home, Inc. 1503 Brownsville Road, Carrick where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM.

Interment Birmingham Cemetery with full Military Honors.

Jim graduated from Baldwin High School in 1959, served four years in the U. S. Navy, retired after 35 years with Safeway Stores in San Francisco and loved the theater and attended the symphony with the Heinz Hall Back Row Gang.
