Son of the late James P. and LaVerne& (Rothaar) Higgins, Sr.

Beloved husband of Carol L. (Sins) Higgins.

Father of Daniel (Diane) Higgins, Donald (Sharon) Higgins, Kimberly (Virgil) Boccella, Shannon Higgins, Brittany Higgins and the late James P. Higgins, III.

Grandfather of Cory, Hillary, Ryan, Casey, Taylor, Chelsea, Chad, Dylan, Kyle and Nicole.

Great Grandfather of Five.

Brother of the late Thomas Higgins.

Family and friends received Tuesday 2-8 PM at the Readshaw Funeral Home, Inc. 1503 Brownsville Road, Carrick. In keeping with the CDC guidelines masks are required and please practice social distancing.

Funeral Prayer Wednesday at 10:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM in St. Basil Church, Blessed Trinity Parish.

Interment will be Private.
