Age 93, on Wednesday, December 4, 2018, formerly of Carrick and Whitehall. Wife of the late Harry L. Kubiak. Mother of Linda (John) Turcic, Thomas (Susan) Kubiak, Michael Kubiak, and the late Nancy (Terry) Schram. Sister of the late Nick, Joey, Ed, and Stanley Prusinowski, Nellie Switala, Pearl Fallert, Millie Radzanowski, and Gertrude Fajerski. Grandmother of Adam, Brad, Aaron, Steven, Michelle, Alec, Tara, and the late Sean Kubiak. Great-grandmother of Layla, Penelope, and Leo Walker. Irene loved visiting with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and discussing Dancing with the Stars. She was a woman of great faith who always prayed for the health and wellbeing of her family and friends. She loved to reminisce about her children and all the great memories of their childhood. She was very much loved and will be greatly missed. Visitations at the Boron Funeral Home, Inc. , 1719 Brownsville Road on Monday from 9:00 AM until her services at 10:00 AM. Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostles Parish at St. Basil Church at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans.
