Irene B. (Hreha) Klimo
Age 90, on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, of Baldwin, quietly passed from this earth into the loving arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to join her husband Joseph for eternity.& Born in Munhall, Mom lived the last 66 years in the house she and Dad designed in Baldwin, the only house they owned. She is survived by her children, Dennis (wife Dianne) of Yukon, OK, Robert (wife Linda) of Baldwin, and Lynn Shallenberger (husband David) of Whitaker . Her grandchildren and great grandchildren, her pride and joy, Richard (Andrea) Klimo of Edmond, OK., Ross Klimo of Yukon OK., Chelsea Klimo of New York City, Zachary and Lauren Klimo of Baldwin. Blessed with 5 great grandchildren (Jackson, Madelyn, Berkley, Berkley, and Mollie), all from Oklahoma City area …. She loved "showing them off" at the annual church carnival, Bingos and Slovak Day at Kennywood Park. Irene also has 2 "Grand-dogs" Henrietta (TDI), who never leaves her side when she visits and Poppi who also shares grandmas' chair as well. Irene was prolific with a crochet needle. In her later years she used that talent to make blankets for the Project Linus. Family and friends will be received at Boron Funeral Home, Inc. 1719 Brownsville Road Pittsburgh, Pa. 15210 on Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral Prayers on Monday at 9:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30 AM in Holy Apostles Parish at St. Albert the Great worship site on Churchview Ave in Baldwin, followed with burial at Jefferson Cemetery. She was a devoted wife, mother, mother-in -law, grandmother and great grandmother throughout her life. Her family was her life and we will miss her.
