Age 93, on Thursday, May 18, 2017, in Virginia, formerly of West Mifflin. Husband of the late Irene B. (Dell) Leckenby. Father of George (Debbie), Alan (Dawn), and the late Diane Leckenby. Grandfather of Dawn Irene, Lauren Diane, Ryan Alan, and Evan James Leckenby. Great Grandfather of Emily Jean Ferry. Visitations Tuesday 5-8 PM at the Boron Funeral Home, Inc., 1719 Brownsville Road. Funeral Prayers on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostles Parish at St. Basil Church at 10:30 AM. George was an US Army Corporal during World War II at the Battle of the Bulge.
