Son of the late Emmett and Margaret Georgette (Unruh) Welty.

Brother of the late Sandra (survived by George) Hubbard of WV.

Loving uncle of &Allison Jones of Fl, and Gayle Rittenhouse of WV.

Also survived by cousins and many friends.

Funeral Service on Thursday March 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the funeral Home.

Interment Birmingham Cemetery.

Fred retired after many years from Chrysler-Oldsmobile on West Liberty Ave., loved cars and talking to friends and neighbors.
