Son of the late Robert E. and Dorothy M. (Thoma) Lapp, Sr.

Beloved husband of Kim (Hollis) Neff and the late Deborah (Geiser) Lapp.

Loving father of Chris Miller (Christie)

Cherished grandfather of Scarlett.

Brother of Dorothy Stollar-Lapp (Bill), Norbert Lapp (Lou), Mary Ostermeyer, Kathy Tichenor (Don) and the late Robert E. Lapp, Jr. and Sharon Ruszeki.

Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Ed loved and adored his granddaughter Scarlett, loved everything green, his 1953 GREEN Chevy Bel Air, Harleys, was the easiest guy in the world to love. Ed was a giving man and he showed that at the end by being an Organ Donor.
