Clair Joseph Wingertsahn, Jr.
Age 73 on Wednesday January 28, 2026, formerly of Pittsburgh, and most recently resided in Waynesville, North Carolina. Loving Life Partner of Debra Graczyk. Father of Elizabeth Wingertsahn and Victoria (Logan) Harmon. Grandfather of Sullivan Harmon. Son of the late Mercedes and Clair Wingertsahn, Sr. Brother of Linda (Dominic Castagna) Hanley, Sandy (late Wayne) Schiffaur, Nancy (Chuck) Sekinger, Glenn (Virginia) Wingertsahn, David (Melanie) Wingertsahn, and Keith (Kim) Wingertsahn.
After Clair retired from City of Pittsburgh Police, he worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in various positions. Any time Clair was dining out and observed a Police officer grabbing a bite he picked up their check. He loved movies and shared that with Mark, Brandon, and Emilee. He enjoyed softball, trivia and travel. The top of his bucket list was to visit all 50 states, which he accomplished in August 2025!
Clair is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitations on Tuesday from 2-8 PM at Boron Funeral Home, Inc. 1719 Brownsville Road Pittsburgh, PA 15210. Funeral service is on Wednesday at 12 PM. Burial will follow at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
